(hereinafter, "the Company"), with registered office at Calle Gran Vía 28, 3rd Floor, 28013 Madrid, Spain, and Tax ID B-12345678, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms: full name, email address and the content of your message. Additionally, we may collect browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies, provided you have given your prior consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) Managing and responding to your enquiries and information requests. (b) Sending commercial communications about our services, provided you have given your express consent. (c) Improving our services and user experience through the analysis of aggregated browsing data. (d) Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when submitting forms or accepting cookies; the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR); and our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to improve our services and prevent fraud.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Contact data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last communication. Browsing data is retained for 13 months from collection. Data subject to legal obligations is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
6. Data recipients
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required by law. Where we use service providers (hosting, web analytics), they act as data processors with the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not make international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to dpo@mechanicslienbn.com or by post to our address. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, restricted access to personal data, regular backups and security audits in accordance with the Spanish National Security Framework.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
